Refund Policy

1. Service/Product Delivery: Upon purchase, our services/products are delivered promptly or made available for immediate use. We ensure that our offerings are described accurately, and all relevant information is provided to enable informed decision-making.

2. Digital Goods and Services: For digital goods and services, such as software licenses, subscriptions, digital downloads, or access to online platforms, all sales are final. Once the service/product is delivered or accessed, refunds will not be provided, except in cases where required by law. We offer 7-days refund policy post trial.

3. Customized Solutions: In cases where services/products are customized or tailored to meet specific client requirements, refunds will not be offered once the customization process has commenced or the product/service has been delivered. There is no refund policy for customized solution

4. Subscription Services: For subscription-based services, customers have the option to cancel their subscription at any time. However, refunds for unused portions of the subscription period will not be provided. The cancellation will be effective from the next billing cycle. We offer 7-day refund policy post trail period.

5. Non-Tangible Services: Refunds will not be issued for non-tangible services that have been rendered, such as consulting services, training sessions, or professional advice.

Exceptional Circumstances: In exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues preventing the proper functioning of our services/products or if there are errors on our part that significantly impact the usability or effectiveness of the offering, we may consider providing refunds or credits at our discretion.

8. Shipping Policy As INVOTPlatform is a SaaS product, the account setup is done immediately. Hence, No standard Shipping Policy applies.
